 | Chicken on skewers Ingredients: - 2 chickens
- 3 onions
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- salt
- 1/2 tea spoon pepper
- 1 tea spoon thyme
- 6 green chili peppers
- 25 button onions
| | Preparation: Wash the chicken and take out the bones. Chop the chicken meat into large cubes (approximately 3 em), Peel the onions, grate and keep the juice. Mix the onion juice with olive oil, milk, salt, black pepper and tyhme. Pour the marinade over the chicken meat and rest for 24 hours. Skin the button onions. Wash the tomatoes and green peppers. Chop the tomatoes into two and slice the green peppers into 3 pieces. Thread 3 cubes of fish onto metal skewers, alternating with slices of tomato, pepper and button onion.
